The longest portion of the process is typically the intake, going through your medical history and any medications you take. From start to finish, the entire exam takes between 15-30 minutes. When scheduling on-site exams, we use 30 minute increments to make sure we have time for each driver, but typically are ahead of schedule.

You will need to bring your driver's license, a list of any medical conditions, and a list of any medications you are currently taking.

The exam consists of going through your medical history, current medications, checking your blood pressure, vision, hearing, reflexes, hernia check, and a urinalysis to check for blood, protien and sugar.

Yes, you have the option for your "med card" or medical examiner's certificate and "long-form" to be emailed to you immediately after the exam. You will also leave with a laminated medical examiner's certificate.

We invoice directly or through your TPA and accept ACH, all major credit cards, or company checks.

We accept all major credit cards and can take payment from each driver at the time of their exam. We can also supply them with an electronic receipt.
